error 1305

I have recently bought the windows xp microsoft plus, and when I try to download it I keep getting the message error 1305.error reading from file D:\common\microsoft shared\microsoftplus!\1033\reg wizUI.dll..verify that the file exists.....what does this means and how do i fix it...help me please
