Error 1304

We have an XPpro SP2 user that we are trying to install Visio 2003 on and we
are receiving the following errors:
Error 1304. Error writing to file: "" Verfy that you have access to that
directory.
Error 2350. An internal error has occured.
Error 1334. The file "" could not be installed.
The user is a local admin but I've also tried logging on as the local
administrator and received the same error. We've also tried installing in
safe mode and over the network all with the same result.
Has anyone else ever had this problem?

Have a look at

It's about installation problems with a different product, but it might be
helpful.
