error 101

what must i do wen i have a error (101) can somebody help
me. I have just install more and more time the program
but the error is the same.

Since I ran the updater manually, I have been receiving
the same error (101)and am not able to run the program.

Windows gives an error message saying that the Antispyware
program has encountered a criticl error and must close.

I don't get the error launching the application, only when
I run the updater.

If anyone has suggestions as to a fix, they would be
greatly appreciated.
