Error 0x800CCC69 Unknown error when a link is added to outgoing em

I am using Outlook 2002. All emails are sent fine except for those that I
include a link to the following website www.freedomeducation.org and the
passcode for that specific email recipient. As soon as I take out this link,
the email goes through. This is a link that I use for business and need to
be able to send it to those who asked for it. What do I need to do to be
able to send this link in some of my emails?

Thank you for your assistance.

Do the messages move to your Sent Items folder? If so, the problem is
likely on the recipient's end, not your end. I think it's possible they
have a filter blocking messages containing that web site.

No, the messages never leave my outbox until I delete the sentence with the
link to the website. The message will sit there until it times out. It
will also stop other emails from being sent out because this one is sitting
in the outbox. I have to delete the message in order for the other emails to
be sent.

Enable diagnostic logging and examine what is happening between Outlook and
the server when the message tries to send. If you can't figure out the log
contents, post them here, but take care to mask any personal data, such as
real email addresses, that the message contains.
