Erasing an extra printer page with info like filename etc.

I must have chanhed some settings because every time I print a document I
also receive a seperate page with details like filename, directory, author,
creation date and so on. How do I get rid of this extra page as I don't need
the info it contains. Thanks.

Tools | Options | Print: clear the check box for "Document properties."
