Blocked heads

Use a window cleaner on paper towel under the heads to soften and soak
the heads then clean.

STOP THE PRINTING! before you burn the print-head (thermal or whatever I
don't remember).

- Instead of search for help from here, you should GOOGLE then read
thousands of answers.

- While waiting for more hint from GOOGLE, you may try to put few drop of
WINDEX to the nozzle hoping it will soften and clean.

See if I can give you a good start

And you should find thousand(s) of them, and they have been around for
many many years
