Epson Stylus Color 777 not printing black

All,
I have a Epson Stylus Color 777 that has been performing adequately up till
now, but will not print black anymore even though I know the cartridges I've
tried have ink in them.

Is this a clog, or some other problem common to this printer?
If it is a clog, what's the best way to un-clog it? I've tried alcohol on a
q-tip without success.

Hi...are you doing cleanings from the 'Check nozzle pattern' utility?
You may have to run this 5 times (don't close the utility-keep running
test, then clean again)

Also, Best Buy has the Epson C82 for $29.99 (only 10 per store and
after the $20 and $50 rebates)
