Epson Printer TM-T8III Not Working

Hi,

I have a Epson TM-T8III receipt printer which i cannot get working, or
should i say talking to my printer. When i setup the advanced printer
driver for windowsXP the setup runs fine, but when i view the printers
the Epson Printer which has been installed says 'Not Available'.

What is going wrong. I am connecting the dvice via Serial Cable
RS-232 9to25pin.

Please help...
