Windows XP EPSON LQ-300+ PRint Error

Hello,

when i send print command from my web based application. The epson printer couldn't print the document.. The error is :

" Printing Error.....\n Error Number Is 70 Error Desc is permission denied "

but i have administrator login and there is no user and no password.

Science, i send print command from web based application.. i added the url in trusted sites and internet explorer -> tools -> options -> security -> ActiveX (all activex are enable).. There is no problem..

Last day i print successfully but today i couldn't print out the document..

i check my end and application everythin ok.. Printer installation, driver, security, no firewall alls are right..

but i don't know what is the real problem or solution...

please help me asap..
