Epson D68 Lan Sharing

Little workgroup network.
3 PCs, 2 with windows XP Professional SP2 and one with windows XP home SP2.
On one PC with windows XP Professional I have installed and configured one
EPSON D68.
I have shared the printer then I have installed it also on the two other PC
by adding a new network printer.
The PC with the Printer has installed kerio personal firewall and avg
antivirus while the other two PCs have avg antivirus and the windows
firewall.
The PC with the printer directly linked print well, while when I try to
print from the lan from one on the two other PCs the job is sent to the
printer but it remains locked inside the spool.
If I go on the PC linked with the printer I see inside the spooler the job
but it is not printed.

Some one have any Ideas ?

Best Regards

Marco

If you disable the firewalls, do the other PC then gain the ability to
print? If so, you'll have to look through your AVG firewall documentation
and find out how to give the right permissions.

Many thanks for the answer but I have solved the problem.
There are no problems with the lan, firewalls etc.
Epson have not described well how share the epson D68.
They forgot to write in the documentation that need to be done some special
settings on the printer driver of the PC that share the printer.
I don't know exactly which is the english translation, but I will try:
Under the utility section of the printing preferences of the printer,
you should press the button speed and progress;
Then you should have another tab and you should click on control preferences
button;
Now you should have another tab with a check box that say "allows control of
shared printers" and you should check it.
Now should be possible to print from the lan.
At least for me it works.
