Envelope Info will not print

I recently changed from Office 2000 to Office 2003 along with a new computer.
In the newer version of Office, in the Word program, I am unable to get the
envelopes to print. I have used this function for several years with 2000
and for some reason this is the only function that will not seem to work. I
can print out documents just fine and the labels function seems to work OK.

Any ideas?

Are you using an InkJet Printer and if so, do you have the colour cartridges
in it. Some printers use those cartridges to produce the black used for the
Envelope Address style. You could change that by Formatting the colour of
the font in that style.
