cannot print envelopes

good morning,
i work at superior bank in birmingham, al. and i have been trying to print
envelopes but with no success. the envelope comes out blank, enev when i
print on a piece of paper it still comes out blank. everyone aroung me who
uses the same printer can print envelopes. however i can print labels. please
help.

Rename your normal template to normal.old and try again.
