Enterprise Version?

Has there been any word of making an Enterprise version
of Spyware? It seems to be working VERY well on the
computers that I have installed it on, but in my
environment, I cannot have all the computers leaving over
the WAN to download updates and signitures.

They've announced that there will be one, and that it won't be free. That's
about it, though.
