Entering phone number

When I enter a phone number in the spot for any of the phone numbers in a
contact a location information box pops up asking me questions about making
phone calls (my location, my modem, the phone number). I try to cancel out
of this location information box, a box that says, are you sure u want to
canel pops up and when i say yes, the location information box keeps popping
up, when i close the contacts behind that pop up, my outlook freezes, how do
I turn this feature up so this box stops popping up
