Scheduling Phone Calls

BCM has created a phone log, but why does it not have the ability to
"Schedule a Phone Call" that will show up in the To Do or Task area, with the
number to call pre populated...Act has this and when you have 20 or 30 calls
to make in a day, and all the phone numbers are there, right in the Task
List, it makes it real easy to go right down the line, and when you check
that your are completed with the call, a phone log automatically pops
up...this is SUCH A BASIC FUNCTION, when scheduling a call in BCM, it's a
Task, and to add insult to injury, I have to go searching for the darn
number....therefore making it a waste of time! Aggravating!

I have found that the only way, or so I can tell, is to use the "Follow Up"
Flag, and choose "Custom: the Call from the drop down. The when you see it
in the To Do Bar, right click the top of the to do bar and go to Fields, and
chose Business Phone, and you will see the phone number in the Task/To Do
Bar. It's really quite a joke. I wish the program acted more like
Act!!!!!!!!
