Entering contacts

I reconfigured Outlook from a Corporate/Workgroup setting to an Internet
Only setting. It changed the way I enter new addressees. I had always
simply opened my address book, hit new and a clean screen would come up that
allowed me to enter name, title, company, address, biz, fax & mobile
numbers, email address, web site and notes -- all on one screen.

Now, I must tab between different screens and it no longer automatically
configures the phone numbers to the (xxx)xxx-xxxx convention. I must enter
the parentheses and dashes myself.

Is there a way of returning to that simpler entering configuration?

Thanks.

Bob

I thought they were two different problems, caused by the same change, but
two different problems. Sorry.
