Enter Network Password PopUp

I'm sure this has been asked and answered, but I still can't seem to get rid
of the popup that says "Enter Network Password" whenever Outlook 2002 (SP3)
opens. I have entered the password, checked the "Remember password" box,
but this annoying thing keeps coming up.
Ideas?

Try and changed user name to complete E-mail address if doesn't work change
back to the previous user name and of course u may also get the prompt if
the password is invalid. So confirm it by logging in to webmail and let me
know if you still have the problem. Are you able to send / receive mails or
not? Who is the internet provider?
