Enter Network Password Dialog Box Appear Everytime

Hi,
I save a Powerpoint presentation and when I re-open it,
a "Enter Password" dialog box came up and it has nothing
to do with the presentaion. The "Enter Password" dialog
box is for a website I regularly visit and has nothing to
do with this presentation that I am doing.
Yet this dialog box appeared evertime I open or e-mail
this presentation to someone.
Please let me know how to turn this annoying thing off!!
