End User Agreement Keeps Popping Up

I just installed Office 2003 and now every time I open any of the programs
I'm forced to accept the end user agreement before using the program. I
looked this up on the knowledge base and all I could find was something about
permissions. I'm the admin on the pc so that isn't it. Any ideas?

Try accepting the EULA from the real Administrator account.

Excuse my possible ignorance, but I'm not sure how. I'm the only account
listed on the computer. I even tried logging off and logging back on under
Administrator but there's no administrator account to log into. Any thoughts?

log in as you, open the users tool box, and "change the way I login"

Do away with the welcome screen. Then, you'll hit ctrl+alt+del to get
a box to type in. Erase your own username and type "administrator" (no
"s).

You'll have to know the original admin password though.

Boot into Safe mode.

this problem and curious if there is any possible fix for vista??

If you are not having the problem, what do you believe needs fixing?
