End user agreement keeps popping up asking for acceptance

Purchased new computor Vista, have been using MS Office Outlook 2003 for more
than a year, and in the last month the End User Lic. Agreement pops up asking
us to " Print - Accept - Decline" before we can proceed. This interupts all
work etc. and when we accept, it goes away but returns at beginning of each
session.
How can I eliminate this POP UP?
