enabling cookies

About 2 months ago I cannot buy from the internet. I get a
message stating that I do not have "cookies". I have
enabled cookies. My computer says it "accepts all cookies"
yet it still does not work. Gateway techs could not help
me. I have followed all instructions yet nothing seems to
work. I tried to buy from Internet Explorer still does not
work. I went to internet options clicked on privacy to
accept all cookies, still nothing. Any suggestions.

Tools | Internet Options | Privacy
Click Edit.
Enter the site name.
