Enable Routing and Remote Access - Greyed out

I have installed RRAS, but can not configure and enable
the service as it is greyed out.

When attempting to run RRAS following message appears -
Routing and Remote Access, The connection attempt failed.
The server service is not started.

Thanks for your help in advance.
