Empty Junk Email

When I right click on the Junk Email folder, the Empty "Junk Email" Folder,
is not longer available.

It started with Outlook 2007 so I removed it and reinstalled Outlook 2003.
However, I still have the problem. Plus the filter is not working. i.e.
nothing goes into the junk email folder.

Any suggestions

For what account type?
Tried recreating the mail profile already? See;

Found the solution on another post,

Start/Run/Outlook.exe /resetfolders

Worked great.
