emergency repair disk on CD

Since my PC does not have a floppy disk drive, I am unable
to make an emergency repair disk through Win2k's process.

What is the work around for this, how do I create the same
on a cd?

A floppy will cost you about $15.00. Small price to pay when you need to
recover from an emergency!!

If he is talked about a laptop, the floopy drives costs considerably
more!
