Regarding embedded pictures sent to recipients that use outlook 2003.

When you click on save attachment, or right click the embedded picture, it
wants to save the picture as a bmp instead of the format that it was sent as,
plus it does not use the name of the picture, it comes up as "untitled"

Suggestion, allow embedded pictures to be saved with the filename and
format it was sent in.

You ought to be able to. Try deleting your IE temp files cache and try
again.
