Emails undeliverable, username removed

Hi,

I have a client where when one particular user sends an email (the addy is
typed in, but is correct), the message is bounced back as undeliverable.
The kicker is that the address shown is the domain only! This occurs when
the address is in the To or the CC box. For example:
addys entered:
To: (e-mail address removed)
Cc: (e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed) (the caps are what where typed)

Sent back:
From: System Administrator
To: xyz.com
Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Failure)
Two of these were received.

The person in the To field in the original email received the message,
however the people in the CC did not. When I check the original email, the
email address in the CC field now reads xyz.com. Both the CC addresses are
in the contacts list, where the To address is not.

Any thoughts??

Thx.
