Emails open minimized

We have a user - every time she opens an email message it
minimizes to the task bar. User must click on it -
sometimes a few clicks - to make it maximize for view.

Allen,
Had a similar problem, here is how I resolved it:

Open a message (but ONLY one)

Manipulate the window size to about 80-90 percent of the screen size by
moving message and dragging edges.

(Do NOT maximize after obtaining this size).

Now, hold down the SHIFT key and while holding it, close the message window.

The next message you open should open to this same size.
