I have a user who receives his email (you can see the number of unread emails
increase) but you can not view the emails in the inbox to open any of them.
We have tried going through the different views but none of that helps.
Also if you export the inbox into a PST adn open the PST you can see all of
the email.
We also created another folder and created a rule for that folder telling
all arriving emails to go directly to that folder so he can see some email at
least.
You can also view the Sent Items, Deleted Items and all of his subfolders
without a problem.
We can create the problem on another machine so there is a deeper problem.
