Emailing Resized Pictures - Not

Hi All. When I attempt to email pictures, the resizing window appears. I
select to either resize or not and click "OK". A window appears saying
MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK....Not Implemented with an OK button. There
seems to be no link to the Outlook New Message screen. I am running XP Home
Edition 2002. Has anyone any suggestions?

Tools / Internet Options / Programs tab...
What is listed as your E-mail program?

Yes John, I changed the E-mail program from Office Outlook to Outlook
Express and all is well. Thankyou John, I am very greatful for your help.
