Emailing photos from multiple folders in one message

When emailing photos I love the feature from within your "My Pictures" folder that allows you to resize the photos you choose to send before you send them for easier recipient download but, how do you resize and attach files from multiple folders all into the same outgoing message. The reason I ask is because when transfering photos from my digital camera by default it creates folder names by date and quite frequently I want to send files from multiple folders all in one message.

One possibility would be to create a new
folder (possibly on your desktop) and copy
all the images you wish to send into that
folder...then e-mail from there.
