I cant open any document in my email. Is it because a user is sending
Office 07 and this is a Vista Program?
If not is there any way to set my email to allow me to open?

Do you have Office 2007?
If not, download the compatibility pack which will enable you to open 2007
documents.

What type of document, Word, Excel, PowerPoint? Which version of
those apps do you have? If you have (for example) Word 2003, but
the sender used Word 2007, you may want to install the free
Office 2007 compatibility pack. Or you can ask the sender to save
and send his documents in the more compatible Word 98-2003 format.
