Email w/ attachments don't make it to recipient.

If I send an email without an attachment, it arrives at the recipient just
fine. If there is a file attachment however, it never makes it. It appears
to have been sent. There is a copy in my sent file but it never arrives at
the recipient address. I don't get any kind of error or message stating it
was undeliverable.

I would ask the recipient to investigate whether his e-mail client is
deleting the attachments as a security measure.
