Don't have a clue if there is any such program out there that will do what
I'm looking for but if anyone would know - it's this group.
As of late, It appears that some of my emails are not being delivered as of
late. Emails are going to different ISP's, no subject lines that look like
spam and no attachments that could possibly get filtered out. Not getting
any bounce messages in return either. All addresses are ones that have
worked in the past. None of the email addresses are for the hurricane
stricken areas but that doesn't mean some server isn't. I also am
considering that email volume on the net has followed the gas prices and
that may be the cause. Anyone else experiencing a loss of email?
Could be the email server (RoadRunner service) is just having a bad hair
week and this is a short term thing. But if it's not, I was hoping to find a
program that I could use to track my outgoing email paths and see where they
might be getting hung up or tossed. Give the program the email address and
it starts listing the servers it's going through or where it's having a
problem would be a good indication.
I know there's programs for checking IP addresses but how about email
servers?
Maybe I'm asking for the wrong thing and you may have a better idea - I'd
like to hear what it is.
Thank you,
Bob S.
