Email profile

I have created a macro that sends an email message to teh administrator of a
database when a form has been completd on teh database when I try it the
email gets sent but when a colleague tries it on their PC it comes up with a
profile set up box. Also when I try it on anotehr machine I get teh same
error message. We are all on teh same network and same exchange . What have I
done wrong

You have yet to post sufficent information to get assistance. Please tell
your version, what the error actually says and any other information you
know about what you're doing that we don't.
