Email Notification to otehr email address

Hello,

Does anybody know of a way that I can get my Outlook on one specific address
to notify another email address when it receives email?

I can set a rule up to forward the message on receipt, but this isn't what I
want. I want it to send some default message like new message recevied.

We use Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000, also we're running a Citrix
Envrionment with Windows 2000 Terminal Sessions hosting the Outlook etc.
