Email Header within spreadsheet - how to get rid of?

I had sent an Excel XP spreadsheet to another party. Whenever I open that spreadsheet, I
now see the email header info. How do we get rid of that?

File|Send To|Unselect Mail Recipient
(it's difficult to see that the icon is pushed in at first glance.)

If you haven't played with your toolbar, you might even see an icon on the
standard toolbar near the Save icon.
