Email does not send

I installed Outlook 2007 and can receive emails and send only if I reboot the
computer. When I hit the send/receive, the email stays in my outbox. Any
ideas?

Have you already tried to solve the problem by creating a new profile?

Control Panel | Mail | Show Profiles

I tried several times wothout any luck. It appears to be working today and i
have no idea why - go figure. Thank you for the help.
