Email Addy

I am using Outlook 2002, SP3. I have been asked by a client whose company
has a new domain, to delete his email addy in our Outlook cache, and re-enter
it. This is so we can continue to send him emails.

What is an email addy, and how do I go about deleting it in our Outlook cache?

You don't know what an email address is?
Client is asking you to update their email address in your Contact record
for them and has also been prescient enough to remind you that you also need
to eliminate their old email address from your autocompletion cache so you
don't keep recalling their now invalid address. Remove individual addresses
from the autocompletion cache by highlighting the entry when presented in
the suggested names list (use your arrow key to migrate to the entry) and
then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of the field.
