I am trying to set up my Microsoft Mail and I am trying to import webmail. I
have a Juno, yahoo, and sbcglobal account. Could anyone tell me the
incoming/outgoing adresses for the juno and yahoo?

Most free webmail accounts don't have POP access.
Are you talking about a free Yahoo account or the premium Yahoo
account through SBC (now AT&T). If the latter, you can set up that
account by following your ISP's directions:

Juno apparantly wants you to use their email program instead of Windows
Mail. See here:

If you have a free Juno account, it's webmail only.
If you have a paid Juno account, you should get your POP & SMTP settings
from Juno's help/faq pages.
It used to be a POP incoming server with settings like...
Incoming: pop.juno.com
Outgoing: smtp.juno.com
Account Name was the full e-mail address.
