Email address completion

IIRC there is a file which governs the addresses suggested for email
completion. If an address is changed in Outlook the old address continues
to be used until that file is purged/rebuilt. Need some help with finding
which file I need to 'trash'. so that Outlook uses the new 'correct'
addresses. TIA

To delete a single, erroneous entry, hover your mouse over it when it
appears (or use your arrow keys) and press Delete. To rid yourself of all
of the cache, enable showing hidden files and folders and search for a file
of type ".nk2". Delete it.

Thanks - cleaning out the cache is what I think I need (more than a few
'changed' entries)
