El Torito XPe loading and RAM running

Is there a way to load everything from El Torito XPe and
put it in RAM (like a RAM Drive), and after that
everything will be load from RAM and not from CD ROM?
Our new DVR reader is much slower than previously with a
worst "Buffered read" critria, that is why we search to
avoid the CD ROM access, just to load the XPE footprint at
start

I'm using RAM boot from SDI data stored on my CD. But I'm using simple boot
loader that I have written for this purpose.

There is even possibility that you don't have to write bootloader, instead
you could try to do RAM boot, as you would from SDI file that is stored on
local HDD.
