Editing

Is there a way to clean up a heavily edited document. The
document is 53 pages long. Several people have made
editing comments and changes in the document. The
document is finished and ready to be sent, with the
exception of edited comments in red. Does anyone know of
a feature in Word, which allows you to delete editing
formatted commands in the document?

Are these standard Word "comments" (see Insert menu), or text
formatted in Red colour distributed in the document?

More likely, they're changes made with Track Changes turned on. Go to Tools
