There is no need to in Win2K !

however, if you THINK you need to, execute...

notepad c:\autoexec.bat

Thanks David. Actually I was following Microsoft's recommendation to check
the autoexec.bat in relation to multiple "of date file system files" error I
am getting while trying to install an app written in VB. MS suggested to
check the autoexec.bat... I just checked but nothing in it. Anyway thanks
for your help.
