East Asian Font Problems

D

Dani Shaddeau

I have been trying to install the east asian font pack
for some time now, I did get the required service pack 1,
but it prompts me to put in the XP (home ed) CD, but the
CD itself does not have the required font files! It's
really quite annoying. I tried my friend's XP Pro CD as
well, and the font files are not the same format (.tt_ as
opposed to .ttc). Is there anywhere I can download the
correct fonts or some other trick to getting the east
asian pack to install correctly?!

Actually, it doesn't have ANY of the appropriate files.
It's missing a whole slew of .exe files as well.

I can assure you it doesn't. It's a Gateway compilation
version of XP home and it's totally missing the files
