EA NBA 2004 Won't Install 2nd CD

I've got a problem trying to install this game (EA NBA Live
2004)...install goes fine until it asks for the second disk..I insert
it and nothing...get the 'not responding' message...can't get it to
work. I can read the disk but it just won't load. What's odd is that
the first disk loads fine. I've got other EA games and lots of
others..never had a problem before.

Is the disk no good? Any suggestions??

After cleaning the disc and checking it for scratches, if it still won't
install on your system, I would recommend trying to install it on
another PC to see whether it actually is a defect with the disc ..

I have this problem for both 2004 AND 2005 AND they both load on my laptop fine!!

I'm having the same problem with the new 2006 FIFA EA game. Always an EA game problem.
