e-mails to me recieving 'undeliverable' error messages?

Does anyone know why I would not be recieving e-mails from people I normally
get e-mails from...PLUS.....I wouldn't even know that this is happening if
they didn't ask me what was going on.
They are getting messages that say my e-mail is 'over quota', whilst I am
not getting any notification that anything at all is wrong!

Sounds like your mailbox is full. Perhaps your ISP has a cap on the amount of
email you can have. Are you downloading your mail or leaving it on the
server? Can you access your mail on your ISP's website? You may want to call
your ISP and clarify.

your service provider has placed restrictions on the amount of mail you can
receive. Normal this is a mailbox size restriction. If you have messages
left on the serer then download them to create available space. You can
exceed a quota if you are sent large attachments.

Stop using your mailbox for permanent storage. Decide what you want to keep
and then delete the trash. No one can give you an infinite amount of disk
space for your mailbox. You have too much crap in your mailbox and have
used up your disk quota. Use the webmail interface to your mailbox since
most will show you how much you have consumed of your disk quota.

Rather than leave all your needed e-mails on the server which results in
consuming disk space and which reduces your disk space quota for your
account (and apparently you've left so much garbage there that all disk
space has been used up in your account), download it using an e-mail client
to save locally on YOUR disk as you probably provide yourself with a much
larger disk quota (but even then your hard disk is not infinite).
