Why aren't e-mails being delivered, but no "undeliverable" either?

I am sending Outlook e-mails to people, and I know they are not getting
delivered (folks have verified and no return receipt), but I also am not
getting "undeliverable" message back either. I know the e-mail address is
correct (triple-checked). Any help would be great as I am starting a
business and I can't tell who my message has reached.

If you send a test message to your self (a web mail account of yours for
example), does it get delivered? It may or may not be Outlook's problem but
we should try to narrow it down

Yes. I have sent e-mails from Yahoo to my "FourStarPackaging" address it
get's delivered. The problem is when I send from "fourstarpackaging" address
to customers, they are not being delivered nor do I get notification that
there was a failure. Messages are just sitting somehwhere in cyberspace.

If you send from FourStarPackaging to Yahoo does the message get there?
That's what I was curious about. You're not getting any error messages when
you send so it appears to be making it to the SMTP server. Do you have any
sort of virus scanning setup on outbound mail? If so, try turning it off at
least temporarily to see if it helps

Thanks for helping. Yes, if I send from 4 star to yahoo it arrives. How do
I find if I have virus scanning setup on outbound mail?

Hmmm... if it makes it from you to Yahoo there's not much you can change
since outbound mail is working (or at least it seems to). Are you using
your ISPs SMTP server when sending mail?

Comcast is my ISP. I send via Yahoo, as that is who I set up my domain name,
e-mail address etc...

How do I check what ISP SMTP I am using? Thanks Vince.

Check in the properties of your email account in Outlook (Tools menu > Email
accounts). Most likely you should be using Comcast's SMTP server so you
won't get any relaying issues or bounced mail items.
