E-MAILS ARE BEING RETURNED WITH 452 MESSAGE

A few of my e-mails are being returned with a 554 delivery error or 452
delivery error. What can I do to resolve this problem? I am using Microsoft
Outlook and my system is 2000

There should be much more to the message than you have stated. What does
the REST of the message say?

Use the SMTP server for the domain to which you connect for Internet
connectivity. Your ISP may not permit off-domain SMTP connections.

Configure your e-mail account to authenticate to the SMTP server. If you
are coming from off-domain, they don't know who you are, so prove you have
permission to use their SMTP server by logging onto it.
