Configure Outlook to authenticate to the SMTP server.
Regarding error messages:
- Do NOT omit the error message.
- Do NOT describe an error message.
- Do NOT summarize an error message.
- Do NOT paraphrase an error message.
- Do NOT truncate an error message.
- Do show the ENTIRE message (but munge/star out personal info,
like your username).
That was all you got? There would've also been headers but you only
showed [a portion of] the body of the NDR (non-delivery report). My
guess is that your own mail server sent you this NDR which could be seen
by looking at the headers.
I have the same problem but only on some addresses

That's not the typical server name for an SBC Yahoo mail server. The usual
names are pop.att.yahoo.com and smtp.att.yahoo.com. Where did you get the
name you posted?
