e-mailing to large group of people!*10132008

Hello everybody,

To avoid spamfilters I created an access file that one by one sends out
e-mails to all my clients from my clients table(but I haven't tried it out
yet) ,the question is:

Will this avoid spam filters and could OUTLOOK handle this (100.000
e-mails)or should I look for a program that can send out BULK e-mails (with
attachmnt) and where can I find a good program that can do this?
Any suggestions will be very helpfull!

Also the client-emails adresses are aprox 100.000!

With that large of an address list I would engage the services of a bulk
e-mailer. Usually you only have to provide the e-mail message and an address
list and they take care of the rest, including keeping you clear of the CAN
SPAM laws (yes, I know they are clients, but it's good to cover yourself,
anyways). Some providers will "manage" the e-mail list, as well, through the
"unsubcribe" function. This also lets you know who does NOT want to hear
from you, so you aren't pursuing business with them, or your can then
investigate WHY they unsubscribed!

While they cost money, they free you up to go MAKE MONEY, instead of dealing
with IT/e-mailing issues.
